It’s my goal that you’re happy with every single product that you purchase, but once products leave the NaturalDermStore warehouse, all sales become final. Many products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to put them back on the shelves. We want you as our customer to feel secure you're getting brand new, unused and safe products from us.
If your product does have a seal and you would like to return or exchange it, please notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of receiving your order and include images of the sealed product. Provide your invoice number and reason(s) for the return/exchange. Once merchandise has arrived back to us (in unopened and sealed condition within the original packaging), we will issue a refund minus any applicable shipping cost.
Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know how to proceed. Please note, the cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees incurred will not be refunded.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for special orders arranged directly with our team.
If there’s something wrong with your order (whether its been damaged during shipping, or we’ve sent you the wrong product) please contact us. If your product was damaged, let us know the specific details and include a photo of the product with your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. If you have returned an item that doesn't qualify for a return, you will have to arrange your own shipping to get the item back (we do not cover the cost of return shipping in this case).
