It’s my goal that you’re happy with every single product that you purchase, but if you’re not, I’ll replace it for you! Within 30 days of receiving your purchased product, I’ll accept unopened, unused products and give you a store credit.

Contact me as soon as possible and I’ll let you know how to proceed. Please note, the cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees incurred will not be refunded.

If there’s something wrong with your order (whether its been damaged during shipping, or I’ve sent you the wrong product) please contact us. If your product was damaged, let me know the specific details and include a photo of the product with your email.

Once I receive the returned product, I’ll send you an email letting you know that we have it and a credit for the full purchase amount will be added to your account to be used at any time.
